We collect information you provide directly (name, email, password), payment details processed by Stripe (we do not store your full card number), and information collected automatically including usage data, device information, IP address, and cookies. If you log in via Google OAuth, we receive your name and email from Google.
We use your information to provide and operate the Service, process your subscription, send transactional emails (receipts, password resets), generate AI-powered analysis tailored to your watchlist, analyze usage to improve the platform, and detect fraud or abuse. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not serve you third-party advertisements.
Your data is stored on infrastructure provided by Railway Technologies, Inc. (backend) and Vercel, Inc. (frontend). Data is encrypted in transit via TLS/HTTPS. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where required for legal or financial recordkeeping.
We share data with the following service providers who process it on our behalf: Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic PBC (AI analysis — your ticker queries are processed by Claude API), Railway (backend hosting), Vercel (frontend hosting), and Unusual Whales (options flow data source — we receive data from them, we do not share your personal information with them). Each provider operates under their own privacy policy.
We use essential cookies (required for login sessions and security), analytics cookies (aggregated, anonymized usage data), and preference cookies (your saved settings). You can control cookies via your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from staying logged in.
You may access or update your account information at any time in account settings. You may request deletion of your account by emailing support@totaledge.io — we will process requests within 30 days. California residents have rights under CCPA including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell data). EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and portability.
