These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Total Edge Framework LLC, operator of totaledge.io. By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
Total Edge Framework LLC provides a macro regime analysis platform including a regime engine, sentiment indicators, AI-powered stock scorecards and deep dive analysis, options flow intelligence, and portfolio watchlist tools. The Service is for informational and analytical purposes only. We do not provide personalized financial advice or portfolio management services.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@totaledge.io if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. Your subscription auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for fees already charged except where required by law. For billing errors, contact support@totaledge.io within 30 days of the charge. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price increases.
All content on the Service — including the regime framework methodology, scoring algorithms, AI-generated analysis, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of Total Edge Framework LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or commercialize any content without prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OF ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED ANALYSIS OR MARKET DATA. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL EDGE FRAMEWORK, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING INVESTMENT LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $100.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or conduct harmful to other users or the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by nature survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
